The author, Jerry Torres, created Enterprise Transformation Methodology (ETM) and the practices described in this book through his successes leading transformational Business Reengineering (BRE) and Information Technology (IT) programs with Fortune 500 and Blue-Chip businesses, US and foreign governments and armed forces, and humanitarian and environmental programs on five continents.
